A new voice deserves a stage.
And a team to help it get there.

Comedizer opened a route from an original comic idea to a live performance.
Created by Fooq Al Sada, the project was designed to discover emerging comedians and help them develop their craft. The work began before anyone reached the stage: finding an idea, shaping the writing and learning how to deliver it.
Filmed auditions introduced new personalities. Mentoring brought them into a shared creative process. The live show gave that work its audience—and gave the audience a part in the story.

Shortlisted performers audition for the Fooq Al Sada panel. Filmed performances extend the discovery process online.
Finalists join teams with Fooq Al Sada mentors to develop their writing and performance.
The developed acts are performed before an invited audience, bringing the process into a shared live event.
Comedy videos were filmed for 62 candidates. Sixteen comedians received training and rehearsed their material before performing in front of a live audience.
Sinan Baqa'in won the Comedizer title through the vote of the 450 audience members.
